Privacy Policy
Welcome to CampusStudy!
This Privacy Policy explains how CampusStudy collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, websites, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
CampusStudy is operated by Sencorp LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Sencorp," "CampusStudy," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Location Information
CampusStudy uses device location to provide location-based study verification and related study-session functionality.
If you grant location permission:
- CampusStudy may access precise location information from your device using GPS and similar technologies.
- Location may be accessed while you are actively using CampusStudy and, when you enable a study session that requires it, while CampusStudy is running in the background or the app is closed.
- Background location is used to determine whether you remain within an approved study location and may be used to automatically stop or otherwise manage a study session when you leave that location.
- CampusStudy may temporarily process your latitude and longitude to perform these location checks.
- CampusStudy does not retain a continuous history of your movements or use location information to track where you go outside of providing location-based CampusStudy features.
- We do not sell your precise location information.
CampusStudy may store the result of a location check, such as whether you were within an approved study location at a particular time, as part of your study activity.
Location permission is optional. However, study features that depend on location verification may not function if you do not grant the required permission.
You can change or revoke CampusStudy's location access through your device settings. Revoking location permission may prevent location-based features from functioning.

If you join an Organization, certain information associated with your CampusStudy account and study activity may be made available to authorized Organization Administrators.
Depending on the features and permissions available to your Organization, Organization Administrators may be able to view information including:
- Your name.

- Your recorded study hours.
- Your study sessions and their durations.
- Your progress toward study-hour requirements or goals.
- Location-verification results associated with study sessions.

CampusStudy provides this information to Organizations so they can administer their study programs and related requirements.
