Welcome to CampusStudy!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CampusStudy. By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CampusStudy.

Definitions
- "You", "User" means anyone who accesses or uses CampusStudy.
- "We", "Us", "Our", or "Company" means CampusStudy, Inc.
- "Services" means the CampusStudy mobile app, website, and related features.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use CampusStudy.
- If you are under 18, you may only use CampusStudy with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account & Termination
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

User Content
- If you submit content (e.g., comments, uploads, or materials), you grant CampusStudy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it as needed to provide the Services.
- You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use CampusStudy for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CampusStudy or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our written consent.

Intellectual Property
- CampusStudy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all materials on CampusStudy.
- You may use CampusStudy for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of CampusStudy without our permission.

Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features of CampusStudy may require payment or a subscription.
- All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or app store provider.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers (such as app stores).

No Professional Advice
CampusStudy may provide information for educational purposes. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You should not rely on any information from CampusStudy as professional advice.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CampusStudy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for:
* Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal or financial information stored in them.
* Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or harmful code transmitted by third parties.
* Service interruptions, delays, or failures, including from factors outside our reasonable control.
* The conduct or content of any third party using CampusStudy.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to CampusStudy in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampusStudy, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services
CampusStudy may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, power failures, government actions, or acts of war.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CampusStudy.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by posting in the app or via email). Continued use of CampusStudy after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Survival
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
